Mitchell Holistic Health is a growing, patient focused outpatient clinic in Onalaska, Wisconsin seeking a Full time Physical Therapist to join our collaborative and energized team. This is a 40 hour per week position with a flexible schedule, ideal for a therapist who values meaningful connections, quality care, and professional growth. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
You will treat a diverse outpatient population in a supportive environment that blends general orthopedics and pelvic health. Our caseload includes spine care, extremities, chronic pain, and pelvic health patients of all ages. Full time therapists typically see 33 to 34 patients per week, allowing you to deliver one on one, high quality care without feeling rushed.
We offer a highly competitive compensation package with an annual salary range of 85,000 to 105,000, based on experience and qualifications, along with a sign on bonus. Our clinic hours are designed to support true work life balance. We are open Monday through Thursday from 7 am to 6 pm and Friday from 8 am to 12 pm, with no weekends and no major holidays. Scheduling is flexible, so you can enjoy your life outside the clinic while doing work that matters.
We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is eligible for Wisconsin state licensure and legally authorized to work in the United States. Experience in pelvic health is preferred, though a strong interest in learning this specialty is welcomed. Dry needling certification is a plus, or a willingness to learn, and interest in McKenzie or pelvic health certification is valued. Full time availability of 40 hours per week is required.
