Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position seeks a School Psychologist primarily serving elementary students in grades K-5. The role involves conducting psychological testing, participating in IEP meetings, and collaborating with teachers and families to support student learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer psychological assessments to identify student needs
- Participate in the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to address student challenges
- Provide consultation and recommendations to promote positive educational outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
- School Psychology certification or licensure as required by the state
- Experience working with elementary-aged children (grades K-5)
- Strong understanding of special education laws and IEP processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
