Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
- Provide consultative and educational support to classroom staff on communication strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of inclusive educational practices.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development in children.
