Schedule: Full-Time | 36 hrs/week | 2025-2026 School Year (through May 29, 2026)
Pay Rate: $34.93-$42.23/hr (based on experience)

Were hiring a School Social Worker in Rifle, CO to provide support services that promote the social, emotional, and academic growth of students across K12 classrooms. Depending on experience, remote candidates may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct and indirect counseling services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement student support plans
- Conduct assessments and participate in IEP/504 meetings as needed
- Connect students and families with community resources and interventions
- Promote positive student engagement and school attendance
Qualifications / Requirements: - Masters degree in Social Work (MSW required)
- Active Colorado School Social Worker license
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must pass background and fingerprint checks
