Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for licensed School Psychologists to support students across multiple age groups, including Pre-K through Grade 12. These full-time (40 hours per week) positions offer flexibility to work remotely while serving diverse educational settings.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students in grades Pre-K to 12.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student needs.
Qualifications:
- Active School Psychologist license in California. For candidates residing outside California, active licensure in both California and their home state is required.
- Experience working with students across various grade levels, particularly in middle (Grades 6-8) and high school (Grades 9-12) settings is preferred.
- Strong understanding of educational policies, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and school personnel.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Location: Positions support schools in San Francisco, CA, with opportunities to work remotely.
This is a 1099 contract role without benefits, offering competitive hourly rates between $53 and $63, depending on experience.
