A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to support a school setting in Moreno Valley, CA. This role involves working directly with students to develop and improve their motor skills, enhance their functional abilities, and support their independence in the classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify their occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve students' fine motor, sensory processing, and coordination skills.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records of each students therapy sessions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide strategies to support student success.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license.
