Overview:
A thriving outpatient orthopedic clinic in Marshfield, WI is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Clinic Director or Staff-Level role. Full-time availability is preferred (40 hours/week), but part-time candidates will also be considered. New graduate PTs are welcome and will be supported through mentorship and training.
Caseload / Patient Population:
Treat patients of all ages in a general orthopedic caseload
Full-time PTs typically see 9–11 patients per day with AI-assisted documentation
Opportunities to develop a specialty or pursue certifications are encouraged and supported
Compensation and Benefits:
$72,000–$82,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
