We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in providing exceptional services to students in grades K-12. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children within our district.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services to students both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state SLP license (VA state license required).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working with K-12 students is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
