Qualifications & Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet Indiana state and local requirements, including:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Current Indiana Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
-
Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and digital tools for remote service delivery

Ability to pass a background check and any additional school district requirements

Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
As a remote SLP, you will be responsible for:

Providing virtual speech and language therapy to a caseload of K12 students

Conducting remote assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders
-
Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
-
Documenting services, maintaining records, and tracking student progress in compliance with state and district guidelines
-
Attending virtual IEP meetings and contributing to team-based decision-making
-
Offering consultation and training to educational staff and families when needed
