Blazer Jobs is partnering with a school district in Monroe, North Carolina to fill a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position for the upcoming school year. We are seeking professionals dedicated to helping students reach their full communication potential. Virtual and travel-based positions are also available.
Position Overview:
This school-based SLP position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative educational environment. The clinician will provide direct therapy, assess speech and language needs, and contribute to individualized education plans tailored to each student's growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Administer evaluations and develop speech-language treatment plans

Provide therapy services in individual or group settings
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and teachers

Contribute to IEP development and progress reporting

Maintain documentation in compliance with state and district standards
North Carolina Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active North Carolina license from the NC Board of Examiners for SLPA
-
North Carolina DPI (Department of Public Instruction) certification for school-based SLPs
-
CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows will be considered

Prior school or pediatric experience is beneficial
