BlazerJobs is seeking a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in Bastrop, Texas for the full 20252026 school year. This is a hybrid position offering the flexibility of remote work with the rewarding impact of in-person student interaction.
Position Overview:

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Caseload: Elementary students

Schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Language Requirement: Bilingual (Spanish-English)
Candidate Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Valid Texas SLP license
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Must be bilingual (Spanish-English)

Prior experience with elementary school populations preferred

Comfortable delivering services in both in-person and virtual settings
Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and provide speech and language therapy

Create and manage IEPs in collaboration with the school team

Deliver services in both English and Spanish

Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation

Communicate regularly with families and staff
