Blazer Jobs is currently interviewing experienced and licensed Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time role within school districts in the San Antonio, TX area. This is an exciting opportunity to support student success in a collaborative educational setting dedicated to inclusive and comprehensive speech and language services.
Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students' needs and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
-
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and communication goals.
-
Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on student performance and progress.
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following state and local requirements for practice in Texas:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Valid Texas State License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) for Speech-Language Pathology.

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.

Texas Education Service Center (ESC) fingerprint clearance and background check.

Valid Texas Educator Certificate for SLPs (if applicable for school-based settings).

Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly preferred.
