We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team in the El Paso, TX Metropolitan Area. This full-time, school-based position involves working with a diverse caseload, delivering speech and language services to students across various grade levels. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students overcome communication challenges and reach their academic and social potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

Maintain accurate documentation and student progress reports

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning

Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of speech-language pathology
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA

Active Texas SLP license

Prior school-based experience preferred
