Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school district in Ridgecrest, California, for the 20252026 academic year. This full-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication and language development.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.

Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and parents.

Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Provide consultation to staff and families on strategies to support students' communication needs.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Active California SLP license.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.

Experience in a school-based setting is advantageous.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
