We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a diverse K12 caseload in Santa Ana, CA. This onsite position offers the opportunity to work closely with students, educators, and families to help students reach their full potential in communication and learning.
Position Details:
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations to determine students speech, language, and communication needs

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and therapy goals

Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings

Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
-
Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
-
Use evidence-based practices to drive student outcomes
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active California SLP license
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFYs are welcome to apply

Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
-
Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration skills
