We are actively hiring a dedicated and experienced School Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our educational team in Santa Ana, CA. This full-time, onsite position involves working with a K12 caseload, helping students build the skills they need to succeed in both academic and daily life activities.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate students to identify fine motor, sensory, and functional needs within the school setting

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Deliver direct and consultative therapy services

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student goals are met

Maintain clear documentation and progress reports
-
Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
Requirements:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Valid California OT license
-
School-based experience is highly preferred
-
Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills

Passion for supporting student development and independence
