We are seeking a passionate and experienced School Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. This is a full-time, onsite role working with a K12 student population, providing critical support to help students improve mobility, access their educational environment, and achieve independence.
Position Details:
Key Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate students' physical and functional mobility within the school environment

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals

Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to students

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Train school staff and families on mobility strategies and assistive devices

Maintain documentation and track student progress
Requirements:

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
-
Active California PT license
-
Experience in school-based settings is preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
