We are actively hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, onsite position in Santa Ana, CA. Join a collaborative team and support a diverse K12 student caseload, helping students find their voice and succeed in their academic journey.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Implement treatment plans and therapy goals as outlined in students' IEPs

Assist with speech and language screenings and documentation

Monitor and report student progress to the supervising SLP

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

Maintain accurate and timely records
Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active California SLPA license
-
Experience in a school-based setting is preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills
