Qualifications & Requirements:
All applicants must meet Massachusetts state and local requirements to provide remote speech-language pathology services in schools:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Board of Registration in Allied Health Professions
-
Valid Massachusetts DESE Educator License in Speech-Language Pathology or the ability to obtain one
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
-
Experience delivering teletherapy services strongly preferred
-
Access to a reliable internet connection, webcam, headset, and a quiet, professional work environment

Current CORI background check and fingerprint clearance
-
TB test clearance as required by school districts
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual evaluations and assessments for students with speech and language needs

Create and implement effective IEPs and therapy plans through telepractice
-
Provide engaging, individualized therapy services via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform
-
Collaborate virtually with school staff, teachers, and families to support student goals
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state standards
-
Attend virtual IEP meetings and contribute to team-based educational planning
