Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and dedicated School-Based Social Worker to support students in the Minooka, IL area for the New School Year. This is a full-time, in-person position offering 37.5 hours per week.
Daily Responsibilities:

Arrival and dismissal duties

Collaborate with the Problem-Solving/Data Team (PDT)

Conduct student check-ins and check-outs
-
Provide service minutes and monthly group sessions

Evaluate students for placement and participate in eligibility meetings

Organize SEL-building activities
-
Support students and staff involved in MTSS
