Position Overview:
As a School Psychologist, you will collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support students' learning, behavior, and mental health needs. Your expertise will help create a positive and effective learning environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform psychological assessments and interpret results

Develop and support Individualized Education Programs

Provide direct counseling services to students as needed

Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to improve student outcomes

Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and provide data-driven recommendations
Qualifications:

Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology

Active Virginia Board of Education license with an endorsement in School Psychology

Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is preferred

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Comfortable working in both onsite and remote environments
