Requirements:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

Active California OT license

Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

Familiarity with IEP goals, documentation, and adaptive strategies
Typical duties:

Evaluating student motor skills, sensory needs, and functional performance

Developing and implementing IEP goals

Supporting student independence in school activities
-
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other service providers
-
Documenting progress and maintaining compliance
Pay:Starting at $53/hr for new graduates.
