Overview:
Due to growth, KConway Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic position in Prince Frederick, MD.
Full-time (up to 40 hours/week) or part-time candidates with a minimum of 20 hours/week are encouraged to apply.
New graduate PTs will receive mentorship and support.
The ideal candidate is personable with excellent communication skills.
Caseload / Patient Population:
Treat a general orthopedic caseload with a focus on post-op knees and shoulders.
Full-time PTs can expect to treat 12–16 patients per day.
Opportunity and support to develop a specialty or obtain certification.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $75,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 7 PM

Job Requirements:
Eligible for Maryland state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Dry needling certification or orthotics experience is a plus
New grads welcome and supported
Availability for full-time or part-time (minimum 20 hours/week)
