Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced and qualified Speech Language Pathologists for a full-time position with school districts in the Kent, Washington area. We are seeking passionate professionals committed to supporting students communication and language development needs in an educational setting.
Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following qualifications to be considered:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Washington State SLP license issued by the Department of Health
-
ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification from the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
School-based experience strongly preferred

Ability to pass background checks and drug screening as required by the district
Key Responsibilities:
Typical responsibilities for this role include:

Conducting assessments, evaluations, and screenings of students

Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)

Delivering direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
-
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
-
Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
-
Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to eligibility and service planning
