Position Summary
The Bilingual School Psychologist will work directly with English and Spanish-speaking students, providing culturally responsive services in collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families. You will assess, support, and empower students academically, socially, and emotionally through tailored interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bilingual psychoeducational evaluations
- Provide counseling and consultation in both English and Spanish
- Participate in IEP development and intervention planning
- Implement behavior intervention strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with CA education laws
Qualifications California & Federal
- Masters or Doctorate in School Psychology
- Valid California PPS Credential in School Psychology
- Fluency in Spanish and English required
- Familiarity with IDEA, Section 504, and culturally responsive practices
- Must pass background check and CTC fingerprinting
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
