Pay: $47$51 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our team for the 20252026 school year. The ideal candidate will provide speech and language services to a diverse student population across one or more school sites in the Florida Panhandle area.
Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both English and Spanish as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input and recommendations
- Support language development and communication strategies across educational settings
Qualifications: - Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Florida SLP License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
