Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists for a full-time position with school districts in the Danbury, CT area. This opportunity is for the upcoming 20252026 school year, with contract dates from August 26, 2025, through June 19, 2026.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students
-
Track and document student progress toward established goals
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
-
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and team conferences
Qualifications:
-
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
-
Active Connecticut SLP license issued by the Connecticut Department of Public Health
-
Certification or eligibility through the Connecticut State Department of Education (Endorsement 061)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Previous school-based experience preferred
