Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists for full-time or part-time positions with school districts in the Belfair, WA area. This role will be in an elementary school setting for the upcoming 20252026 school year, with contract dates from August 27, 2025, through June 17, 2026.

Typical Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy services to elementary-aged students
-
Track and report student progress toward IEP goals
-
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
-
Participate in IEP meetings and school-based planning teams
Qualifications:
-
Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
-
Valid Washington State SLP license issued by the Washington State Department of Health
-
ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate through the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are also encouraged to apply

Previous experience in an elementary school setting is preferred
