Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following state and local requirements to be considered:

Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license
-
Valid Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) Certification in Speech-Language Impaired (or eligibility)

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, CFY candidates may be considered
-
Ability to pass a Level II background check and drug screening
-
School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide speech and language therapy services to K12 students
-
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to determine therapy needs
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school-based professionals
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success planning
