We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support K12 students in a school setting for the 20252026 academic year in Niceville, FL. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity ideal for professionals passionate about helping students improve their communication skills within a collaborative and supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Provide therapy services to students individually and in small groups

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school support staff to ensure student progress

Maintain accurate records of services provided and student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and remain in compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates also welcome

Experience in school settings preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills
