Requirements to Apply:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Alabama SLP License
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA (preferred)

Ability to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance

Prior experience in a K-12 school setting is a plus
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations

Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs

Provide therapy services to students with speech/language impairments

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with state guidelines
