Minimum Qualifications:
Doctoral or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active Louisiana Physical Therapist license issued by the Louisiana Physical Therapy Board
Prior experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with mobility or physical challenges
Deliver direct physical therapy services as outlined in each student's IEP
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Document student progress and ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and regulations
Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input regarding physical therapy needs
