Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Active Louisiana SLP license (or eligibility for CFs under supervision)
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required
Previous school-based experience is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy for students with speech and language impairments
Develop and implement IEPs based on student needs
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication goals
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
