Pay: $40+/hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate students needs and develop effective treatment plans

Deliver therapy services aligned with IEP goals

Document progress and maintain compliance with school/district requirements

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Support students in developing fine motor, self-care, and sensory processing skills
Required Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy

Active OT License in Virginia

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
