Typical Job Duties:

Evaluate and treat students with speech and language disorders.

Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school staff and families.

Provide therapy individually or in small groups, ensuring progress is documented.

Attend meetings and serve as a resource to the educational team.
Minimum Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.

Valid Illinois SLP license issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation or eligibility to obtain one.

Professional Educator License (PEL) with an SLP endorsement required.

Compliance with all federal and state licensure/certification requirements.

Successful background check and fingerprint clearance in line with district regulations.
