Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school-based team in the Seattle, WA area for the 20252026 school year. The OT will work with students from diverse backgrounds to help them develop or regain functional skills necessary for educational success.
Key Responsibilities - Evaluate students' abilities and develop individualized occupational therapy intervention plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom routines
- Document student progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and classroom modifications
Qualifications - Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Washington State Occupational Therapy License
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification issued by OSPI or eligibility
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
