Position Details:
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and provide therapy services to students with developmental, physical, and sensory needs

Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized therapy plans

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success in academic and functional tasks

Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings

Promote fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive behavior skills across school environments
Requirements:

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy

Active OT license in the state of Washington

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and collaboration skills
