Typical Job Duties:

Provide individualized and group-based OT services to students with varying physical, sensory, and developmental needs

Evaluate students fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills within an educational setting

Develop and implement IEP-based therapy goals

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

Maintain detailed progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
Requirements:

Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Active Washington OT license through the Department of Health

Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)

Must meet all local, state, and federal regulations for school-based occupational therapists
