Blazer Jobs is partnering with a forward-thinking school district in Elgin, Illinois, to hire a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Speech-Language Pathologist for the 20252026 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to support diverse learners in a collaborative and inclusive educational environment.
As a bilingual SLP, you will play a critical role in helping students overcome speech and language challenges by delivering culturally responsive and accessible therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct bilingual evaluations and deliver targeted speech-language therapy

Provide direct and consultative services in both English and Spanish

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)

Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Illinois SLP License
-
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

School-based experience is a plus
