Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Deliver therapy services in both in-person and virtual settings.
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility and placement decisions.
-
Provide support and training to staff and families as needed.
Required Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet all state and local requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Current and valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist License issued by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.

At least one year of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting (preferred).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Must be comfortable working in both virtual and in-person environments.
