Qualifications:
All applicants must meet California state and local requirements, including:

Associates degree from an SLPA program or a bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Valid California SLPA license issued by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board

Supervision agreement with a licensed SLP (or ability to establish one)

Successful completion of background checks and district onboarding requirements

Prior school-based experience preferred
Typical Responsibilities Include:

Providing speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist

Assisting with the implementation of IEP goals and therapy activities

Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate service records

Preparing materials and organizing activities for therapy sessions

Collaborating with school staff and families to support student communication needs

Participating in team meetings and relevant trainings
