Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position within a partner school district in the Plaistow, NH area. Qualifications Applicants Must Meet the Following:

Hold a valid New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the New Hampshire Office of Licensed Allied Health Professionals.

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.

Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; CFs may be considered with appropriate supervision.

Must meet all state and district background check and fingerprinting requirements.

Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required.
Typical Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication needs.
-
Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines.
-
Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determination, and re-evaluation processes.

Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers and intervention teams.
