Illinois Licensure Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid Illinois SLP license issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)

Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE)

CCC preferred, CFY candidates will be reviewed

Fluency in both English and Spanish required

Completion of fingerprint and background checks per Illinois public school standards
Responsibilities:

Deliver bilingual speech and language therapy aligned with IEP goals

Conduct assessments and produce bilingual reports and documentation

Engage in collaborative IEP meetings and student support planning

Partner with classroom teachers, ESL staff, and parents
-
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
