School Occupational Therapist (OT)

Join a team making a difference every day in classrooms across Baltimore. Were hiring a full-time school-based OT to serve a dynamic population of students in need of targeted, hands-on support. This is a MondayFriday, onsite role that will require traveling between three local schools, primarily working with elementary-age students, with a few high schoolers.
Youll help students meet IEP goals related to fine motor skills, visual motor integration, and sensory regulationproviding not just services, but strategies that foster independence.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct OT services aligned with student IEPs

Evaluate motor and sensory development using school-based tools
-
Collaborate with educators and support staff to adjust classroom access

Provide practical accommodations and guidance for general ed teachers

Manage a flexible, multi-site caseload
Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
-
Current Maryland OT License
-
Familiarity with FM, VM, and sensory-based interventions in educational settings

Strong organizational and communication skills
