Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Physical Therapists for a full-time, school-based contract role in Piedmont, CA. This position begins ASAP and runs through June 2026. The role will involve working with students across multiple school sites, so travel between schools is required.

Minimum Requirements:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

Active California Physical Therapist license

Must meet all state and local requirements for school-based physical therapy services

School-based experience preferred

Experience working with special education students and families is highly preferred

Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between school sites
Typical Job Duties:
-
Conduct assessments to determine students' physical therapy needs
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with IEP teams
-
Provide direct therapy services to support students' access to the educational environment
-
Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed
-
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student success
-
Provide training and support to school staff on mobility, equipment use, and physical access
-
Ensure compliance with all documentation, reporting, and therapy standards
