Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to provide district-wide services for the 20252026 school year in Piedmont, CA. This is a full-time, school-based position working with students across all grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualized and group physical therapy services to students across the district.

Collaborate with special education staff, general education teachers, and families to support student IEP goals.

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliant documentation in accordance with state and federal laws.

Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to student needs and academic settings.
Qualifications:

Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Current California Physical Therapy License issued by the Physical Therapy Board of California.

Must hold or be eligible for a California School-Based Services Credential or clearance through CTC if applicable.

At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a school setting.

Strong understanding of IDEA and school-based therapy practices.
