Position Details:

Schedule: Full-time, onsite

Contract: 2025-2026 School-year position with potential renewal based on performance
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct evaluations and assessments of students' speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with the IEP team
-
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
-
Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and other school staff to support student success
-
Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
Qualifications and Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
-
Maryland state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (issued by the Maryland Board of Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers & Speech-Language Pathologists)
-
Maryland Department of Education (MSDE) certification required for school-based settings
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred (CFs may be considered depending on district policies)

Prior experience in a school setting is highly preferred

Must pass all required background checks and clearances
