Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to be considered, including:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Kansas State Speech-Language Pathology License
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates may be considered

Valid Kansas Teaching License or willingness to obtain

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Background check and fingerprint clearance required
Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams

Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on student progress
-
Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences
-
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
-
Comply with school district policies and state/federal regulations
