Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive educational team in the Birmingham, AL area. This is a full-time role focused on providing direct speech services to students in the Special Education (SPED) population.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of approximately 4060 students

Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services as outlined in IEPs
-
Collaborate with SPED staff, teachers, and families
-
Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
-
Support student progress through regular documentation and assessment
Requirements:

Active Alabama SLP License
-
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
