Pay Rate: Starting at $43/Hour (Based on experience)
Job Description:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a motivated Speech Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) to support students in the Virginia Beach, VA area schools. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience under supervision while completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) requirements.
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language screenings and assist with evaluations.

Develop and implement therapy plans under the guidance of a supervising SLP.

Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in groups.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success.

Document student progress and maintain compliance with school and state requirements.

Participate in IEP meetings, supervision, and professional development activities.
Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Eligible for Virginia state licensure.

Commitment to completing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.

Experience working with children (clinical placements accepted).
